with other team members from H50. With their participation they want to increase
awareness of the terrible, fatal disease ALS and want to raise funds for the
research against ALS and to provide financial help to people affected by ALS.

The final sum raised was $4,000 and the personal note and gift from Alex goes to
a fan named Sandy who raised the most funds - it was a pretty close competition
though because until just a few hours ago fan Martha had been in the lead.

I'm a little torn between wanting
to share the newest H50 video clips and (maybe) getting a fansite in trouble
with CBS...
One of the fansites I'm following has posted two great video clips - one is a
Season 5 promo for H50 and the other one is the ultimate look back to Season 4
of H50. I suggest that you look around on the fansites to get a chance to enjoy
the clips, too... Unfortunately, the clips are not on the official H50 YouTube
channel and not even on the CBS page for H50 (which could, at least, be viewed
by U.S. fans)... :-(

If you are suffering from sleepless nights, tune in to see Danno help Rachel get
her and Stan's baby. There's a second collage coming up later on today but I
wanted to share this one first for the fans of Scotty and Claire. A lot of us
(incl. myself) still think that Danno and Rachel were a really cute couple and
great match... I certainly wouldn't mind Rachel coming back.

Oh, yeah! CBS video from the
Season 5 promo photo-shoot with the H50 cast - CBS is spoiling us these days.
Love it!
Since I'm "officially ill" (not too bad - no worries), this just made my day. I
agree with the cast - I look forward to anything Peter and his team of writers
have coming up for us, especially some character stuff for the main cast.

I'm sharing this as one of the many positive examples of how much good an organ
transplant can do. By sharing her great experiences as an organ recipient at the
Taylor's Gift events to promote organ donation awareness, Kim has certainly
motivated many people to become organ donors - to outlive themselves and to save
lives.

have no idea why I'm posting about organ donation on my fansite: First of all, I
do so because I think it is, indeed, very important to make people aware of the
lack of organs and the fact that people die every day just because they don't

supports organ donation and is a spokesperson for the "Taylor's Gift Foundation"
which does a great job at helping people affected by organ donation and at

to him. I don't know.

Tonight, CBS will show a repeat
of ep. 4.21 "Makani `Olu a Holo Mālie" (Fair winds and following seas)
The "Afghanistan episode" was one of my personal favorites in Season 4 -
although it was definitely no fun to see Steve getting beaten and almost
decapitated, Alex's performance in this episode was so outstanding that I think
he should have gotten an Emmy for it - yet he wasn't even nominated :-( Here's a
repost of an old collage I made for this episode. I have a new collage coming up
later on today...

Grrrrrrrrh! A fan stole my stunt
collage for Jeff, cut out my name and used the collage for a card she sent to
him
I'm just so freaking mad that I could explode! You might remember the collage I
made for the Emmys to tell Jeff that he and his team are the best. I posted the
collage on August 17 on my fansite and the Five-0 Redux page. Now some fan named
Maggie simply cut my name out of the collage and used the collage on a
card. Jeff posted a video clip showing the card and he thanked Maggie for the
gift. I hope he finally sees my repost of the collage to know that Maggie did
NOT make it!

short notice !!!

About the changed CBS schedule last
night: Sorry,
if U.S. fans expected to see H50 ep. 4.21 yesterday. CBS made a change in their
schedule at very short notice probably because of the scene in which Steve was
almost decapitated. I think it was done out of respect for the family of
journalist John Foley who was decapitated recently by terrorists. I wouldn't
have made the collage for ep. 4.21 and posted it, if CBS had changed the
schedule a few days earlier though... but I definitely understand their reasons.

A fan friend just sent this to me and it made me laugh! At least back on Aug.
18, Maggie knew well where the collage came from - and credited Wendie for it
which is perfectly o.k. with me. I just would have preferred to see this uncut
version of my collage in the card, too...

I think for a show that is set in Hawai`i, it is immensely important to have

with Taylor in which he expresses how grateful he is for his job with H50. This

This travel agency is highly recommended for the fans of H50 because it offers
special packages for fans visiting Oahu for the SOTB premieres, incl. tours to

Personal comment: I'm SO fed up with ignorant fans at the moment that I'll just watch TV and enjoy life for now. A fan (Vicki) posted a negative comment about our fan-campaign for Alex's birthday on Alex's official Facebook page. I replied to her, too, and hope she reads my comment and realizes how unjustified her post was. Anyway, after her comment and several negative "fan experiences" in the past few days, I'm currently NOT at all in the mood to post, promote or do anything on this fansite and the Five-0 Redux page. Sorry, I'll be back when I'm in a better mood.
Update: The comments by Vicki and me seem to have been
deleted - I don't know if she deleted them (which I assume) or Alex resp. his publicist who
maintains the page but deleting them was definitely a good idea! Her comment was
just inappropriate.

The team of H50 will probably love this book which is a gift from Zoe for the
100th episode. She'll give it to them during her upcoming set visit (a gift from
her husband who participated in the Charity Buzz auction). Thanks to the Five-0

Tonight (Fri., 12:03), TNT will
show ep. 2.16 "I helu pu" (The reckoning) BUT it skips ep. 2.15!
Since ep. 2.15 (which will NOT air on TNT for inexplicable reasons) was a great
episode with Scotty shining as an actor when Gracie was kidnapped by his former
cop partner from New Jersey, I decided to make a collage from that episode,
anyway. I will post the collage for ep. 2.16 later on today!!!

SEPTEMBER 12, 2014: Happy Hawaii Five-0 Day to CBS viewers!
Tonight, the exciting and funny
ep. 4.08 "Akanahe" (Reluctant partners) airs on CBS
For starters, here's just an old collage I made out of promo pics before the
episode first aired. It was a reaaally good episode for several reasons and the
scene with Steve riding the horse was actually shot on the day of last year's
SOTB4 premiere.
Since I liked this episode a lot because of the funny interplay between Chi and
Alex, and because Alex looked kinda "hot" in it, I made a second collage last
night which I'll post later (after work). So, once again, you have something to
look forward to :-)

Important message: Since there is currently a fan who has set up a Facebook fansite with a slightly strange name and promotes it just about everywhere and claims that she will be raising funds for the "Alex Charity" (No such thing exists!), I would like to point out that this woman is in no way connected to fan groups like the AOL German Fan Club or the "(German) AOL Fans for Donate Life" that have run fundraising campaigns in the past few years for such charities as "Taylor's Gift" that Alex is a spokesperson for. I don't know this woman, so I can't say if she can be trusted or not... The fansite doesn't look very "good" to me. I merely recommend not to donate through any page that is not directly set up through the charities' websites. All of the "AOL Fans for Donate Life" fundraising pages were always set up directly through the charities' pages to ensure that the money goes directly to the charities. news this morning that today is a "Happy Hawaii Five-0 Day" :-)
Tonight, ep. 4.22 "O ka pili `ohana ka `oi" (Family comes first) - the great
season finale - airs on CBS. And, by the way, there was no H50 on TNT this week.
They will have an "H50 night" next Friday after the new season premiere on CBS.
A total of 5 episodes from season 2 will air on TNT next Friday night (Sat.
morning). Here's repost of the collage for the Season 4 finale. I was going to
make another collage but this week was just much too busy.

After Mark tweeted yesterday that he's in Germany shooting a film, a fan-friend
of mine from the AOL German Fan Club wrote back that fans in Munich (incl.
myself, of course) would love to meet him. He posted a message in German saying
that they'll try to arrange a meet&greet since he'll probably visit Munich for
the Oktoberfest. He'll keep his fans updated on Twitter.

"HAWAII FIVE-0" IS BACK - Only on
GERMAN television today :-)
While U.S. fans have to wait a few more days (until Friday, Sept. 26) for the
Season 5 premiere on CBS, the fans in Germany can celebrate the return of H50
tonight with two new episodes on Sat.1. However, these two episodes are 4.15
"Pale`Ia" (Buried Secrets) and 4.16 "Hōkū welowelo" (Fire in the sky) which
aired a long time ago in the U.S. - so no reason to be envious of the German
fans :-) Instead of reposting the "old" collages for these episodes, which can
be found on my page about Season 4, I made this new collage with bright orange
to catch the readers' attention!

Friday night will be all about H50! After the
long-awaited first episode of the new season airs on CBS at 9/8c, the viewers
will be spoiled with an H50 marathon on TNT with 6 episodes from Season 2. The
new collages for these episodes (2.17 to 2.22) will be posted on Wednesday and
Thursday because Friday will be dedicated to the Season 5 premiere! Let's start

The final collage for TNT's H50
marathon on Friday night!
Since Friday will be reserved for collages about the Season 5 of H50 that
premieres tomorrow night on CBS, this is the last collage for the old Season 2
episodes of which six will be repeated on TNT a couple of hours after ep. 5.01
airs on CBS.
It will be great to meet one of the guys in this collage
(Mark Dacascos) this Sunday in Munich at his meet&greet with fans. And Mark
really has nothing to worry about - we are not "confusing" him with his
character Wo Fat on the show. Luckily, Mark is the total opposite of Wo Fat in
real life - which is good to know, if you are a fan of Alex like myself and the
fan-friends who'll come to the meet&greet with me :-)
SEPTEMBER 26, 2014 - Oh, yeaaaaah!!! H50 is back on CBS with its grand Season 5 premiere!
Tonight brings a true "H50 feast"
for the U.S. fans with the Season 5 premiere on CBS and 6 old episodes on TNT
The H50 pleasure will be started off at 9/8c on CBS with the brandnew episode
5.01 "A`ohe kahi e pe`e ai" (Nowhere to hide). Later in the evening, at 11:31
p.m., the fun will continue with the H50 marathon on TNT consisting of 6
consecutive episodes from Season 2 (Eps. 2.17 to 2.22). Have fun watching!

5 premiere is extremely positive - as expected!!!
There are some VERY exciting, VERY cool clips from this obviously absolutely
awesome, breathtaking episode in the official H50 YouTube account. A HUGE "Thank
you" to CBS for posting these clips! I haven't been able to watch the premiere
episode yet in Germany but will try to watch in the afternoon before I pick up a
visitor (a fan friend) who'll be staying with me till Monday - which means I'll
have very limited time for updates this weekend!

We had such a blast meeting Mark who proved to be the total opposite
of his character Wo Fat on H50!
I had heard before that Mark is a super-nice, down-to-earth, humorful guy, and
after meeting him today, I can personally confirm that this is absolutely true.
He is a wonderful guy and totally grounded. He took a lot of photos, gave
autographs and talked to the fans at the meet&greet at the Bavaria Film Studios
in Munich. My fan-friend who had come all the way from Vienna was in heaven when
he gave her a real good hug :-)
We didn't have time to talk much about the movie "Ultimate Justice" that he is
currently filming in Germany (mainly in Baden-Wuerttemberg) but we learned that
filming will take another four weeks. He talked about his role as Wo Fat on H50
real short since one of the fans wanted to know how long it takes the make-up
dept. to create those burn scars in his face. He said he usually gets picked up
at 3 a.m. and spends a few hours in the make-up trailer before happy Alex even
shows up for work.
Anyway, it was definitely a pleasure to get to meet one of the nicest guys on
our favorite show.

2015!

Tonight, (at least) two episodes
of H50 will air on Sat.1 in Germany from 20.15 p.m.
I'm writing "at least" because last week Sat.1 surprised its viewers by showing
a third episode which had not been in the schedule before. According to today's
TV schedule, the new ep. 4.17 "Ma lalo o ka `ili" (Beneath the surface) will air
at 20.15 p.m., followed by the older ep. 3.02 "Kānalua" (Doubt) with
guest-star Ed Asner. Here's just a repost of one of my two
collages for ep. 4.17 because there's no collage for ep. 3.02 yet. Since it will
air this Friday night on TNT, there'll be a collage by then.

Still catching up with stuff from last night since I
FINALLY had time to watch the absolutely awesome Season 5 premiere (followed by
3 H50-episodes on German TV) which was definitely as BIG as Peter intended it to
be. The episode could easily be compared to a movie due to its special effects
with drones and even an airplane landing on a street in the middle of Honolulu.
But the episode also had the McDanno carguments and humor that we all love so
much. While some fans complained that certain scenes were totally unrealistic
(Hey, it's a TV show, not a documentary!), I simply thought it was TV
entertainment at its best.
Short info: I'm currently on vacation for two weeks, so updates may be very
irregular, such as late at night or very late in the mornings (like today :-)).
